About the event
Join us for a guided tasting featuring a curated selection of exceptional Japanese whiskies, each chosen for its character, balance, and story. The evening will be led by our Beverage Director (Robin Morgan – Certified Whisky Ambassador and WSET sake and spirits instructor), who will explore flavour, aroma, and origin, with thoughtful food pairings designed to complement each expression. Featured whiskies include the Fuji-Sanroku Blended 18 yrs, Yamazaki Single Malt 12 yrs, Hokutu Blended Malt 12 yrs, Sasakawa Single Malt and Hatozaki Pure Malt.
