Policies

We have established these policies to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional dining experience, with careful attention to preparation and ambience. Your understanding helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and hospitality for everyone.

Booking Policy

We kindly ask guests to book their reservations at least one day in advance by calling (416) 979-1134 or through OpenTable. This allows our chefs to prepare the finest ingredients for an exceptional dining experience.

Cancellation Policy

Before booking, please ensure your reservation date is confirmed with your party. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • 48+ hours before: Reservations can be rescheduled without charge.

  • 24-48 hours before: Deposits will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • Within 24 hours: Full menu cost per person will be charged.

  • No-shows: Full menu cost per person will be charged.

A reduction in the number of guests on the reservation day will also result in full menu charges for the absent guests. By booking, you agree to these terms, and disputes are non-negotiable.

Before You Dine

Outside Cakes
We welcome celebratory cakes but ask you to inform us during booking to ensure proper storage and service.

Perfume & Cologne
Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances, as they may interfere with the natural aromas of our dishes.

Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB)
Guests may bring up to two bottles per booking:

  • $35 corkage fee for 720-750ml bottles

  • $75 corkage fee for 1.8L bottles

 

Dress Code
Business casual or customer discretion. No strict dress code is enforced.

 

Children
We welcome children who can fully participate in and appreciate the meal at the same cost as adults. No kids' menu is available.

Cell Phone and Camera

Please set phones to vibrate or silent mode. If you must take a call, use a designated area to avoid disturbing other guests.

Photography is permitted in silent mode, but professional cameras with audible shutters are discouraged unless used minimally.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Mastercard, VISA, Debit, and Cash

 

We do not accept:

  • Prepaid credit cards, Amex, foreign currency, or traveler’s cheques.

Data Collections and Privacy

We use OpenTable for booking and customer information management. When you make a reservation or provide your details through OpenTable, they may collect personal data such as your name, contact information, reservation preferences, and payment details, including credit card information for deposit purposes. OpenTable processes this data to manage bookings and provide a seamless reservation experience. Additionally, we partner with LRDG, our marketing partner, to use Google Analytics in order to collect data on how you use our website. This data helps us enhance the design, functionality, and overall user experience of our site, as well as optimize our marketing efforts. With your consent, Google Analytics may collect personal data such as cookies and IP addresses to provide us with valuable insights. This data will be transferred to the United States and stored for a specified period. For more details on Google's data transfer policies, please refer to Google's Privacy & TermsIn addition, we work with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replays to better understand how you interact with our website. This information helps us improve our products and services, as well as enhance our marketing efforts. Website usage data is collected through first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to assess the popularity of our products and monitor online activities.
